There’s an old Saturday Night Live sketch where Dan Aykroyd plays a sleazy toy company tycoon (Irwin Mainway) who tries to defend his dangerous toys for the holiday season (Bag O’ Glass, Teddy Chainsaw Bear, etc.).  It’s a sketch that comes to mind for me a lot when I see so many shiny new digital marketing capabilities being thrown around as saviors for admission and higher education marketing.

Digital Byte: Google Analytics' New UI

Learn about the latest changes to Google Analytics' new UI from our Director of SEO & Digital Analytics in this short digital byte. In the next couple of months, you can expect to see the top menu bar in Google Analytics disappear. The items that currently appear in this menu will be moved into the left sidebar. A search bar will also be added to allow you to easily locate what you are looking for throughout all accounts. With these changes, Google aims to create a more simple navigation and to make Google Analytics mobile responsive. Learn about these changes and many more in the vlog below!
