As our Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the continued growth and success of the company and will have the opportunity to develop your career in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include (but aren't limited to) various email and marketing tasks, contract/order creation and entry, generating reports and providing updates for clients, handling and following up on client inquiries, and assistance with creating proposals and presentations.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Must have excellent follow-up skills and working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
