Sales Support Specialist

Carnegie Dartlet is experiencing significant growth, and as part of that, we’re adding positions within our sales and client management organization. As our Sales Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in the continued growth and success of the company and will have the opportunity to develop your career in sales and client management within an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Pursue new business opportunities for Carnegie Dartlet within your territory to include day-to-day pipeline management, active coverage, and follow-up (calls, emails) to prospects and leads.
  • Ongoing management and support of the client base to include regular messaging and updates about the service to clients, reporting on performance, and follow-ups on renewals and contract needs.
  • Develop and execute marketing and sales messaging to a variety of audiences and market opportunities—webinar attendees, workshop attendees, conference registrants, email push campaigns, etc.
  • Assist with territory sales support services such as scheduling presentations, proactively scheduling/following up with conferences, generating proposals and contracts, etc.

Experience and skills required:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Marketing and sales acumen
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple contacts and projects simultaneously
  • Candidates for this role must have at least a bachelor’s degree

Compensation involves a competitive base salary plus commission and bonus opportunities.
