Cancellation and Guest Policies

Please be advised that Carnegie will only offer a full refund until November 17, 2017. After that date, until December 31, 2017, we will offer a 50% refund. No refunds will be processed for requests that are received on or after January 1, 2018.

Full payment of the registration fee must be paid prior to event. Acceptable forms of payment include check or credit card.

Carnegie is not responsible for contacting the hotel regarding any cancellations.

All Carnegie Conference programs are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require special accommodations or auxiliary aids, please notify us of your needs in advance by e-mailing conference@carnegiecomm.com or calling 978-692-5092.

Carnegie Communications will photograph the events of the 2018 Carnegie Conference and may use images for both internal and external purposes. By participating in the 2018 Carnegie Conference, you grant Carnegie Communications the right to use your photograph for such purposes. All photographs, recordings, and quotes shall become the property of Carnegie Communications and may be displayed, distributed, or used by Carnegie for any such purpose and in any media.

Space is extrememly limted for guests of conference attendees to attend the Wednesday night dinner/dessert at this time. Please reserve your guest ticket as soon as possible. Tickets are available to be purchased for the Epcot® dinner/dessert event for $150/ticket. No individuals under the age of 21 will be permitted to attend the event.

Discounted tickets for parks are available through Walt Disney World. To purchase park tickets, please visit the Disney discounted ticket page.
